UK Shipping

We currently offer UK-wide postal delivery on all eligible products, including our seasonal Love Bites dipping boxes. Orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.


Dispatch Times

All orders are freshly prepared and dispatched within 1 working day, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
During busy seasonal periods (such as Valentine’s Day), dispatch times may vary — please check individual product listings for the most up-to-date information.


Delivery Method

Orders are sent via a tracked postal service to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation with tracking details where available.


Valentine’s & Seasonal Cut-Off Dates

For seasonal launches, including Valentine’s Day, we will clearly display order cut-off dates on product pages and across our website.
Orders placed after the stated cut-off date will still be dispatched, but delivery by the event date cannot be guaranteed.


Packaging

All bakes are securely and thoughtfully packaged, designed specifically for postal delivery while maintaining quality, freshness, and presentation.
Love Bites boxes are gift-ready and can be sent directly to the recipient.


Delivery Issues

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal service, adverse weather, or circumstances outside our control.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, including photos where possible, so we can assist you.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Food Safety & Missed Deliveries

As our products are freshly baked food items, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders that cannot be delivered due to missed delivery attempts or incorrect addresses.
